2.0 Sourdough Workshop (Learn Inclusions)

This 2.0 class is a “hands-on” sourdough workshop for those who want to up their sourdough game. You will learn how to add your own inclusions, will be stretching and folding your dough to take home with you to bake! + recipes for your discard will be given to each participant.

Please bring a banneton, or bowl and tea towel to transport your dough home.

*this is not a BASICS workshop, please attend a basics class before learning inclusions at the 2.0 class, or be a seasoned sourdough baker.
