Shipping and Refund Policy



All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS Priority.
Flat rate $6.99 for shipments, with orders over $100 receiving free shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business refills are not refundable. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis with the main objective of keeping customers happy by treating you fairly. We stand behind our products and want customers to be completely satisfied with all items purchased. We want to create an experience focused on products that are good for you! Please read below for additional information on exchanges for online purchases.
  • Items purchased online are accepted for store credit within 3 days from arrival on regular-priced items. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags or seals attached. They can be shipped back to our store at customer's expense to be processed for a refund. 
  • Items purchased in-store may be considered (owner's discretion) within 3 days of purchase and must be in original, unused condition with original tags or seals attached. 
  • You may bring your online purchase to our store for store credit within the same time period. Or you can opt for an exchange. Credit will be issued as in-store credit in the form of a gift card.  
  • If any promos or discounts were used on your returnable merchandise, the promo and/or discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only issued at owners discretion for in-store credit in the form of a gift card if requested. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.  
I am sorry to say we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If this should happen, please contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue.
We ship our items with care, but we know things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged merchandise please email us with pictures within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss replacement or refund.
